You will note that there are many alternative procedures and materials. We will discuss with you the advantages/disadvantages of each.
We can restore anything from one missing tooth to your entire mouth. If you’re tired of removable dentures, ask us about the possibility of implant-supported and retained replacements.
Fillings
Your fillings can be tooth-colored composite resin or silver amalgam.Inlays/onlays
These can be fabricated from gold or tooth-colored porcelain.Crowns
New crowns can be tooth colored porcelain, porcelain fused to gold, or gold.Veneers
Veneers are fabricated from tooth-colored porcelain and bonded to your tooth.Composite Resin Veneers
These are a less expensive alternative to porcelain.Fixed Bridges
These are most often either porcelain fused to gold or gold. Some newer all-porcelain systems show promise but fracture resistance remains a problem.
